Make a PDF or CSV summary of your pet's care and share it with your vet, a sitter or a trainer.
The report is made on your phone, so it includes entries that haven't synced yet.
Make a report
- Tap your pet on the main screen.
- Open the Care & Info tab.
- Tap Share a Report.
- Under Date range, pick 7 days, 14 days, 30 days or 90 days, or tap Custom to choose your own dates.
- Under Activities, leave everything selected or tap an activity to leave it out.
- Under Format, choose PDF or CSV.
- Turn the options on or off.
- Tap Preview PDF or Share CSV.
PDF or CSV
- PDF is an easy-to-read summary with weight, potty accidents, medication doses, totals and a day-by-day table.
It's best for your vet or a sitter.
- CSV lists every entry as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Options
- Include every entry adds the full list of entries after the summary.
It's only offered for a PDF.
- Include notes adds the notes you wrote on each entry.
Share or print the PDF
- Tap Preview PDF to see the report.
- Tap the share icon to send it by email, message or another app.
- Or tap the printer icon to print it.
Share CSV opens your phone's share options straight away.
Ask the Assistant
You can also ask the Assistant for a report, for example "Make a report of the last two weeks for my vet".
It gives you a link that opens Share a Report with those dates filled in.

Troubleshooting
- "Choose at least one activity."
Select at least one activity under Activities.
- "The report couldn't be created. Please try again."
Close the report screen and try again.
- "Can't finish the PDF"
Some text needs a font that is downloaded once.
Connect to the internet and try again, or tap Share CSV to share a spreadsheet instead.
- An entry is missing from the report.
Check that its activity is selected and that its date is inside the date range.
