You can delete your Potty Whiz account from the app.
You need to be signed in and connected to the internet.
Delete your account
- Tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen.
- Tap My Account.
- Tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Delete.
- Read the message, then tap Yes.
The message says: "This will delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. Are you sure you want to continue?"
What happens next
- Potty Whiz signs you out and removes your data from this phone.
- You can't undo this.
Your subscription is not cancelled
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play account.

Only want to remove a child?
You don't need to delete your account to remove one child.
- Open the child from the home screen.
- Tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Delete.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
This also deletes the child's activities.
Only the account owner can delete a child.

Only want to leave a family member's account?
- Open My Account and tap Other Teams.
- Tap the person whose account you joined.
- Tap the three dots at the top right, then tap Delete.
- Tap Yes at "Remove yourself from this team?".

Troubleshooting
- My Account asks me to sign in: you are signed out.
Sign in with the account you want to delete first.
- Nothing happens after I tap Yes: check your internet connection and try again.
